Bioendo® rFC Endotoxin Test Kit uses recombinant Factor C technology to detect endotoxin quantitatively through a fluorometric reaction. The fluorescence intensity is proportional to endotoxin concentration.
Unlike traditional methods, the rFC assay does not use natural horseshoe crab amebocytes, reducing reliance on horseshoe crab resources and providing a modern, sustainable solution for endotoxin testing.
