Endotoxin-free glass tubes are important consumables in bacterial endotoxin testing. Because endotoxin contamination can affect assay performance, reaction and dilution tubes should be appropriately processed and controlled.
Bioendo endotoxin-free glass tubes are manufactured from borosilicate glass and processed to achieve an endotoxin level of no more than 0.005 EU/ml.

Applications
Gel-clot endotoxin assays
End-point chromogenic assays
Kinetic endotoxin assays
Control Standard Endotoxin dilution
Test-sample dilution
Using appropriately processed tubes helps prevent the tube itself from becoming an unintended source of endotoxin contamination.
Different Tube Designs
Different tube configurations can be selected according to the application. Reaction tubes can be used for gel-clot and end-point chromogenic procedures, while other configurations are designed for sample and endotoxin-standard dilution.
Special short reaction tubes can also be used when the pipette tip needs to reach the bottom of the tube. Dedicated tubes are available for kinetic tube-reader applications.
Selecting the correct endotoxin-free tube according to the assay method helps maintain a controlled testing environment and supports reliable results.
